Terms of Services / Ketentuan Layanan
・Artist sebagai penjual dan pembuat karya memiliki hak penuh terhadap karya, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada menggunakan sebagai contoh penjualan.・Dengan melakukan pemesanan, klien sebagai pembeli mengakui bahwa semua karakter akan digambar dengan artstyle artist. Mohon pastikan untuk memeriksa karya lain atau portofolio terlebih dahulu.・Artist memiliki hak untuk menolak permintaan commission dengan alasan apapun.・Mohon menyediakan referensi visual. Jasa yang disediakan oleh artist adalah pembuatan ilustrasi dari karakter yang sudah ada, bukan desain karakter. Klien dapat menggunakan foto atau aplikasi dress up seperti Picrew.・Pengerjaan tidak dengan deadline karena keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki artist. Namun, perkiraan karya selesai paling lama satu minggu untuk karya sederhana dan satu bulan untuk karya rumit.・Artist memiliki hak untuk menggunakan dan menjual ulang karya apabila klien tidak memenuhi tanggung jawabnya dalam membayar.・Hasil karya dapat digunakan hanya untuk penggunaan personal, bukan untuk penggunaan komersial dalam bentuk apapun, termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada penjualan karya, penjualan produk dari hasil karya, penggunaan pada stream/video yang dimonetisasikan.・Klien tidak diperbolehkan menggunakan karya yang diberikan baik sebelum maupun sesudah selesai untuk teknologi kecerdasan buatan/Artificial Intelligence.・Tidak ada chargeback (tagihan balik) maupun refund (pengembalian dana). Refund hanya akan dilakukan apabila artist tidak dapat menyelesaikan commission.・Pembayaran yang dilakukan untuk artist adalah untuk jasa dalam menggambar karakter, bukan karakter pada karya. Untuk permintaan fanart, dimohon klien mencari tahu terlebih dahulu mengenai diperbolehkan atau tidaknya penggambaran karakter pada commission.・Pastikan permintaan tidak memiliki masalah dengan pemegang hak cipta. Dengan mengirimkan permintaan, tanggung jawab pada konsekuensi di masa depan jatuh pada klien.・Dengan melakukan pemesanan, klien telah membaca dan menyetujui Ketentuan Layanan.

Terms of Services
・ I, the artist, retain all the rights of my artwork, including but not limited to using and reproducing as sample for sales.・By commissioning me, you, the commissioner, acknowledge that all the characters drawn in my art style. Please make sure you have checked my other artworks or my portfolio beforehand.・I have the rights to decline commission request for any reason.・Please provide visual references. The service I am providing is drawing already existing character(s) provided by you, not designing character(s). You can also use photos or dress up applications like Picrew.・No deadline. I have limited time to draw so unfortunately, I cannot work with strict deadline. However, the work is expected to be finished up to a week for simple art, or a month for more complicated work.・I have the rights to reuse or resell the works left unpaid by the commissioner for other works.・Commission results can be used by the commissioner for personal use only. No commercial works in any form, including but not limited to selling the artwork itself, selling product with the artwork, using as monetized stream/video material.・Commissioner cannot use finished and/or unfinished work for purpose of training Artificial Intelligence technologies.・No chargeback and no refund. Refund will be done only if I ended up unable to finish the commission.・What I am paid for in this commission is the service to draw the art, not the character in the art. For fanart commission, please do some research first whether it is allowed or not by the rightsholders.・Please make sure your request would not bring any problem with the rightsholders. By requesting, you assume the responsibility of future consequences.・By ordering the commission, you have read and agree to the Term of Services. I am not responsible for any misunderstanding coming from you not reading the Term of Services.

Workflow / Alur Kerja

| Pemesanan | Klien melakukan pemesanan melalui media pemesanan yang dipilih (GForm, Notes pada deviantART, atau Direct Message pada X/Twitter). |
| Harga Total | Artist akan memeriksa pesanan klien dan apabila artist menyanggupi, pesan dengan harga total akan dikirim agar klien dapat mengkonfirmasi untuk melanjutkan pesanan atau tidak. |
| Sketsa | Setelah klien konfirmasi diterima, artist akan mulai menggambar. Artist akan mengirimkan satu atau lebih sketsa untuk dipilih oleh klien. Pesanan akan dilanjutkan dengan sketsa terpilih. |
| Pembayaran | Klien mengirimkan pembayaran penuh melalui Trakteer untuk pembayaran dengan rupiah. Sedangkan untuk pembayaran USD melalui invoice pada Paypal, atau Commission Widget pada deviantART. Pembayaran bisa dilakukan dengan separuh harga (50% dari total harga) maupun pembayaran penuh. |
| Pelaksanaan | Setelah artist menerima pembayaran, pesanan akan dilanjutkan. Setiap kemajuan akan diunggah pada folder yang dikirimkan oleh artist agar klien dapat memeriksa kemajuan proses. |
| Penyelesaian | Artist akan memberi tahu klien apabila karya sudah selesai. Apabisa revisi tidak dibutuhkan, klien akan melakukan pelunasan pembayaran apabila pembayaran menggunakan sistem separuh harga sebelum artist mengirim ukuran penuh dari hasil karya tanpa watermark. |

Workflow

| Order | Order your commission request via any form of your choice (G-Form, deviantART Notes, or X/Twitter Direct Message). |
| Total Price | I will review your form and if I think I can draw your order, I will send a confirmation e-mail with the total price for you to decide on continuing the order or not. |
| Sketch | I will send you one or more sketch(es) to choose from after receiving confirmation. The commission will continue with the selected sketch. |
| Payment | I will send the invoice to your paypal or other payment details once the sketch is selected. You can choose the payment to be 50% or full payment. Drawing will continue after I confirmed your payment is received. |
| Progress | After the payment is confirmed, I will continue progressing with the commission. Each progress will be posted on a folder which link I will send to you with the confirmation message. |
| Finish | I will notify you once I finished the commissioned art. If there is no revision necessary, I will send you the full size result without watermark. Full payment will be done before sending the full size. |
